The GDP of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan has increased from January through October 2021, Trend reports on Nov. 26 citing the report of Nakhchivan’s State Statistics Committee.
According to the committee, this indicator amounted to over 2.35 billion manat ($1.38 billion), up by 1.3 percent on annual basis.
In the first eight months of this year, GDP per capita in Nakhchivan equaled 5,097 manat ($3,000), which is 2.4 percent more than in the first 10 months of last year.
In 2020, the GDP of Nakhchivan equaled 2.9 billion manat ($1.7 billion), thus having risen by 1.1 percent compared to 2019.
