ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 1. Baker Hughes discussed opportunities to expand cooperation aimed at developing services in Kazakhstan's gas industry, Trend reports.
A delegation from the company, led by its Director of Development, Maria Claudia Borras, discussed the topic during a meeting with Sanzhar Zharakeshov, the Chairman of the Board of "QazaqGaz".
The primary focus was on the implementation of advanced technologies and the enhancement of maintenance for gas transportation systems and equipment at QazaqGaz facilities. They also explored potential joint projects aimed at improving infrastructure efficiency, including gas pipeline initiatives and underground gas storage facilities (UGS). Participants highlighted the significance of these projects for ensuring a sustainable gas supply to the domestic market.
