ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 9. Ashgabat has received 700 modern Yutong passenger buses, significantly upgrading the capital’s public transport fleet, Trend reports.
The 12-meter articulated transit vehicles, outfitted with
climate control systems, are set to commence operations for urban
commuters in the imminent future.
The latest fleet of vehicles adheres to Euro-5 compliance metrics
and incorporates a comprehensive digital fare transaction
framework. Each transit vehicle is equipped with advanced telemetry
systems for operator performance analytics, geolocation-based
visual monitoring, and frameworks for passenger ingress and egress
tracking. Their design incorporates inclusive accessibility
functionalities tailored for passengers with disabilities,
alongside the implementation of automated stop notification
systems.
