Uzbekistan speeds up textile sector reforms to drive export growth
The President of Uzbekistan has signed a new decree aimed at accelerating reforms in the country’s textile and knitwear industry. The measures set ambitious production and export targets for 2026 and introduce debt relief programs for cotton-textile clusters, strengthening the sector and supporting its export potential.
