Ismayilova/ In April, prices per sq m of non-housing facilities increased by 3.3%, as compared to March, and made up $3542, the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported on 26 May. The prices increased by 23.4%, since the beginning of the year, and 38.6% as compared to the same period of 2007.
The organization stated that the prices for lease of the commercial facilities increased by 3% in April.
The availability of commercial facilities in the market increased by 12.1% due to the seasonal period. The number of sale-purchase operations decreased by 1.5%.
The number of agreements signed on sale-purchase of non-housing facilities decreased by 2.1%.
