"The medicine production causes great interest of companies from foreign countries," he said.
The Egyptian health minister is expected to visit Azerbaijan with a delegation of entrepreneur at the beginning of October.
"They are very much interested in construction of enterprise for production of medicine in Azerbaijan," Agayev.

Egyptian health ministry Hatem al-Gabali is schedule to pay a visit on 5-6 October. He will meet his Azerbaijani colleague Ogtay Shiraliyev to discuss the possibilities of collaboration of two countries in this sphere.
The Egyptian minister will also have a meeting Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and the head of the Executive Power of Absheron region Zakir Farajov, the Egyptian embassy in Azerbaijan said. Al-Gabali also plans to visit Absheron pharmaceutical factory.
