Apartments costing $68,000-$70,000 have the greatest share in total portfolio of real estate market of Baku. Some 26.4 percent of all apartments accounts for them.
These are research results of "MBA LTD" consulting and appraisal company, posted on its website.
According to researches, an average price of each room in Baku apartments in August hit $43,350, each apartment - $109,676. An average number of rooms in apartments was 2.53.
A 2.8-percent price index growth was observed in August, average price of square meter on the secondary housing market increased from $1,286 to $1,314.
Price rise was observed in apartments built on "Kiev", "Leningrad", "Minsk" and "French" projects.
"It is mainly associated with the fact that the apartments built on these projects, are mortgage subject. "Akhundov", "Italian" and apartments in buildings built on architectural project fell in price as well," the researches indicate.
