Adjara's government seeks an investor to construct a hotel in Khelvachauri. The partially constructed building and a 19,167 square meter land plot for non-agricultural use will be put on the auction on December 29. The building is located in the village of Gantiadi, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Autonomous Republic said today.
According to the terms of the auction, the buyer must commission a multi-functional building within 24 months after the auction is completed. A hotel with 36 rooms and 40 shops will be constructed here. The investor must invest at least 1 million lari (1 dollar = 1.68 lari).
