Assets of Azerbaijani "Atəşgah Həyat" OJSC insurance company on the results of 2012 constituted 27.013 million manat compared to 14.625 million manat at the beginning of the year, increasing 1.5 times, according to the balance sheet of the company published on its website on Saturday.
The financial statement of "Atəşgah Həyat" is audited by "L.B. Audit Xidmeti" company.
According to the balance sheet, the long term assets of the company at the end of 2012 amounted to 1.32 million manat, growing by 3.6 percent during the year, and the short term ones - 25.69 million manat with an annual growth of 92 percent.
In 2012 the company accumulated 21.16 million AZN in cash and cash equivalents, including 20.3 million AZN at deposit accounts, 0.737 million AZN at the payment account, and 0.89 million AZN in public securities.
The paid up authorized capital of "Atəşgah Həyat" didn't change during the year, comprising 4 million manat.
The aggregate capital at the end of the last year was 4.757 million AZN having increased in comparison with 2011 by 12.1 per cent.
The aggregate liabilities of the company amounted to 22.25 million manat, increasing 2.14 times during the year, and capital obligations in total constituted 27.013 million manat, increasing 1.85 times.
The company's revenues last year amounted to 9.4 million manat, incomes for insurance services - 16.76 million manat, investment incomes - 1.4 million manat.
The company finished 2012 with a net profit of 0.758 AZN.
In 2012, the company paid 176.5 thousand manat of income tax, 90,8 thousand manat of profit tax and 103.45 manat of other taxes.
"Atəşgah Həyat" OJSC was established in early 2008. Its only founder is "Atəşgah" insurance company (stock-holders: I.S.R. Holding Ltd, SOCAR and RAN-Eksim).
