Itera Oil and Gas Company (OGC) has announced an international technical tender in Turkmenistan.
The subject of the tender is the provision of a drilling platform and services for drilling wells in the contract area of Block 21 in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea.
The drilling platform should be equipped with a bottom hole motor for carrying out drilling, as well as directional drilling systems in rotary mode for mine shafts from 26" to 8 ¼".
In addition, the drilling rig must be equipped with equipment for the interval standardized coring and wellbore enlargement, have all the tools and related equipment.
The time-frame of the work covers 2014-2015.
Technical requirements: the drilling rig should have a weight-carrying ability of at least 550 tons and must be meant for at least 7000-7300 meters depth of drilling; provision of equipment and services for turnkey drilling of wells; international experience of work in the marine environment, experience in drilling operations at gas fields with high pressure (at least 105 megapascals), management of turnkey drilling operations.
For a complete package of questionnaire documentation, all interested companies should submit an application, which is on the official blank of the applicant, should be signed by an authorized person and sealed.
The following should be indicated in the application: registration information, a brief description of the main activities and completed orders on request profiles, a list of key customers, the applicant's spokesman and his contact details.
