The RWE Dea AG has announced an international technical tender in Turkmenistan.
The tender is for the design and construction of a drilling platform on the land part of the territory, as well as areas with roadway covering and access roads near the city of Ekerem in Turkmenistan's Balkan velayat (province).
The aforementioned works should be carried out within the framework of the agreement on sharing production, related to the sea 'Block 23' in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian the sea.
The construction stage is scheduled for a period from April to September 2014.
Exploration of the site, analysis of the foundation's soil, design and preparation of plans and documents should also be carried out to obtain permits.
The contractor licensed in Turkmenistan, should work in line to the highest standards of quality, health, safety and the environment, as well as minimal impact in vulnerable environment conditions.
It is compulsory to protect the environment with zero emissions.
