BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 31. More than 58,000 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on January 31, Trend reports.
Of the mentioned volume, 27,500 tons will be on sale on the domestic ring of the energy exchange.
The following goods are to be offered:
- Iranian Pars Petrochemical Company’s 5,000 tons of LPG, 506 tons of pentane plus;
- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 4,000 tons of pentane, 400 tons of butane;
- South Pars Gas Company’s 3,800 tons of gas condensate;
- Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s 3,200 tons of white oil and 1,000 tons of LPG;
- Kermanshah Oil Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of distillation tower residue;
- Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s 2,000 tons of coal;
- Shazand Oil Refining Company’s 1,000 tons of normal hexane;
- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s 847 tons of solvent-402;
- Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s 762 tons of solvent-502;
- Sorena Arka Chemical Medicine Industries Company’s 22 tons of liquid nitrogen products.
Moreover, 30,600 tons of products will be on sale on the export ring of Iran Energy Exchange:
- Iranian Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 12 tons of Raffinate;
- Kangan Petro Refining Company’s 7,000 tons of pentane;
- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s 6,000 tons of LPG;
- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of pentane;
- Abadan Oil Refining Company’s 2,000 tons of LCO;
- Fannavaran Petrochemical Company’s 600 tons of methanol products.
Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) sells its products at the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a currency exchange system implemented by the Central Bank of Iran in which the price of one euro is 465,412 rials and the price of one dollar is 429,210 rials.
The sale of hydrocarbon products at the Iran Energy Exchange is of great importance to the country’s economy. Through the energy exchange, Iran seeks to provide hydrocarbon products needed by local companies as well as increase exports.
