BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 31. Azerbaijani Xalq Insurance company completed 2022 with a net loss of 12.2 million manat ($7.1 million), Trend reports citing the accounting report published in the "Xalq qazeti" newspaper.
According to the report, the company's revenues totaled 31.7 million manat ($18.6 million), composed of investment income which stood at 1.9 million manat ($1.1 million), income from subrogation worth 281,130 manat ($165,375) and other revenues - 267,750 manat ($157,504).
Meanwhile, the company's expenditures equaled 43.9 million manat ($25.8 million), which includes operating expenses of 33.7 million manat ($19.8 million), cost of doing business worth 10.2 million manat ($6 million), and other expenses - 44,900 manat ($26,412).
As of January 2023, the total assets of the company amounted to 81.9 million manat ($48.1 million), while its total liabilities equaled 39.9 million manat ($23.4 million) and its total capital stood at 41.9 million manat ($24.6 million).
