(IHLAS) - Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul arriving in Moscow to attend The Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) summit met with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov to talk for relations between Turkey and Russia on Wednesday at Russian Foreign Ministry building.
Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov stating that he had met his Turkish counterpart three times in four months, told reporters, We are carrying out the agreement successfully which we have signed two years ago and has strengthen our ties for co-operation between the countries, reports Trend.
Russian FM Lavrov talking on relations with Turkey stressed, We're in good progress in terms of economic and politic aspects, mutual investments. Both countries have same approaches to regional and international issues and two countries have got a pioneering role.
Turkish FM Gul telling that those meetings showed how relationships between two countries advanced said that they had strong ties with Russia that they are decided to improve and keep their relations in a good way, adding, We're satisfied that two countries really have commercial, tourism, mutual investments relationships.
