Turkey’s General Directorate of Highways has announced an open tender for the transport of 20,000 tons of bitumen from refineries in the provinces of Batman, Kirikkale and Izmit to Elazig Province.
Both local and foreign companies can take part in the tender.
The tender procedure will take place at 10:00 (GMT +3) on June 11, 2019.
