BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 15. According to preliminary data, the nominal incomes of the Azerbaijani population increased by 14.32 percent, or 6.4 billion manat ($3.8 billion), and reached 50.8 billion manat ($29.9 billion) from January through August 2023 compared to the same period in 2022, Trend reports.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, per capita income increased by 13.63 percent, or 601.5 manat ($353.8), during the specified period.
The indicator of income growth of the population after payment of all mandatory and voluntary contributions amounted to 14.32 percent, or 5.6 billion manat ($3.3 billion) compared to the same period in 2022. In addition, per capita income increased by 13.63 percent, or 530.2 manat ($311.9).

The nominal income of the Azerbaijani population in 2022 increased by 20.5 percent, or 11.7 billion manat ($6.9 billion), compared to 2021 and reached 68.9 billion manat ($40.5 billion). During this period, per capita incomes in Azerbaijan increased by 19.9 percent, or 1 134.4 manat ($667.2).
