BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 5. Following the results of the period from April through June 2025, ASCO vessels removed 44 m³ of plastic, 213.8 m³ of food waste, 287.3 m³ of domestic waste (paper-cardboard, scrap, glass, metal, etc.), 20.7 m³ of operational waste, 97.2 m³ of oil residue-sludge, 1632.89 m³ of underground liquor water and 48,528 m³ of domestic wastewater from the territories and handed it over to certified organizations with technical resources, Trend reports via ASCO.
Moreover, it is reported that over this period, 7.58 tons of burnt molding sand, 777.4 tons of abrasive (a mixture of rust, paint, gravel and sand from the ship's hull), 41,895 tons of domestic wastewater, 771.9 tons of oily backed water, 108.2 tons of lubricating oils, 2,234.68 m³ of household waste (paper, cardboard, wood, scrap metal, glass, metal, etc.), 360.64 m³ of domestic wastewater, 2,234.68 m³ of waste (paper, cardboard, wood, scrap metal, glass, metal, etc.), 360.64 m³ of household waste (paper, cardboard, wood, scrap metal, glass, metal, etc. etc.), 360.64 m³ of food waste, 148.5 m³ of polymer and plastic waste, 24.85 m³ of oily and oil waste, 81.38 m³ of rubber waste, 132.3 m³ of operational waste and 0.006 m³ of medical waste.
During the reporting period, 0.43 tons of paper, 0.52 tons of plastic, 14.9 tons of ferrous metals, and 5.4 tons of non-ferrous metals were sent for recycling.
