AutoShow exhibition to feature 50 companies from 15 countries

The sixth Azerbaijani international Automobile Exhibition AutoShow to be held in Baku on March 26 through 29 will feature approximately 50 companies from 15 countries, Iteca Caspian LLC manager Babek Amashov said on March 16.

Companies from Russia, Germany, Turkey, Iran, China, Belarus, Japan, Romania and Austria will participate. The Opel Insignia will be on display at the exhibition and the Gaz Group will demonstrate its Siber model.

The organizers of the exhibition are the Iteca Caspian LLC and its partner, the British ITE Group PLC. Official support to the exhibition is given by the Azerbaijan Transport Ministry, State Road Police Head Office and Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation.

The exposition of the exhibition accommodates all areas of the automotive industry, including cars, lorries, pick-up trucks, municipal engineering machinery and public transport. The commercial transport sector will also be represented.

For the first time at AutoShow, the AzTexnika company will present to the specialists' attention American dumping lorries MACK. In the framework of the exhibition, the Russkiye Avtobusi company will make a presentation of absolutely new municipal low-floor buses KAVZ 4239.

The AutoShow exhibition will be accompanies by the Azerbaijan International Spare Parts, Accessories and Service Equipment Exhibition exposition AutoParts which presents the spare parts, accessories and maintenance equipment sector. Tires from the world's leading manufacturers will be presented in a wide range. For the first time portal car washers for commercial transport will be presented at the exhibition.

So far, over 20 participants from approximately 12 world countries, including Japan, Italy, Germany, Turkey, UAE, Iran, China, Russia, Belarus, Finland, USA, etc, have been registered at the exhibition. For the first time this year a manufacturing company from India, Garima Global will participate in the event. Another debutant of the exhibition - the Romanian FLOWEY will offer an exposition of auto-cosmetics.

The Caspian Navtel will demonstrate GPRS navigation systems for the first time at the exhibition. Also, there will be a premiere presentation of tuning for commercial transport.

Various presentations and workshops will be held as part of the exhibition. The Kama Shina company will hold a workshop on the topic of the latest production technologies and use of tires. There will be different contests and lotteries arranged for the visitors with SONY DVD and MP3 players as prizes and the exhibition will turn into a true celebration for automobile fans. Taking into account the wishes of visitors, the organizers included the week-end (Saturday and Sunday) into the working period of the exhibition.
