Assets of Azerbaijani insurance company Qarant Sigorta based on performance in 2013 amounted to 13.69 million manat compared to 12.67 million manat at the beginning of the year. This is an increase of eight percent, according to the company's balance sheet posted on local media on April 3.

The company's financial statement was audited by "G and A Audit LLC.

Long-term assets of the company at the end of 2013 amounted to 1.61 million manat, short-term assets - 12.07 million manat.

In 2013, the company accumulated 6.15 million manat in cash and cash equivalents, including debit accounts of 0.62 million manat and 5.41 million manat on deposit accounts.

The paid-up share capital of Qarant Sigorta stood at five million manat in 2013, compared to four million in 2012.

The company's aggregate capital by the end of last year amounted to 6.17 million manat, increasing by 47,26 percent compared to 2012.

The aggregate liabilities of the company amounted to 7.5 million manat, or 11.56 percent less compared to 2012.

The company's revenues last year amounted to 10.42 million manat, expenses - 9.34 million manat. The company completed 2013 with a net profit of 0.98 million manat.

The Qarant Sigorta Insurance Company received the license for insurance activity of the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan in November 2007. Qarant Sigorta is part of the ZQAN Holding.
