Azerbaijan’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FIMSA) has registered the issue of shares of SOCAR Petroleum CJSC amounting to almost 53.9 million manats, FIMSA said in a message Jan. 11.
The nominal value of each of the 179,617 shares is 300 manats.
SOCAR Petroleum CJSC was established in 2008. The company owns a network of filling stations and also carries out gross sale and retail sale of oil products.
