BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 18. Azerbaijan exported more than 906,430 tons of crude oil and petroleum products to the Czech Republic from January through July 2023, which is 5.83 percent of the total oil exports from the country, Trend reports.
This indicator increased by 50.93 percent (305,860 tons) on an annual basis.
In addition, the value of exports of Azerbaijani oil and petroleum products to the Czech Republic in the specified period amounted to $524.6 million. This is 10.85 percent ($221.4 million) more than in the same period of 2022.
In general, Azerbaijan exported about 15.5 million tons of oil and petroleum products from January through July 2023, which is 5.33 percent less than the same period last year (16.4 million tons). Oil exports exceeded $9.4 billion, which is 23.82 percent, or $2.9 billion less than from January through July last year.
