BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 4. The names of the most popular mobile devices in Azerbaijan have been announced.
The data obtained by Trend from the Global Stats Statistics Center shows that Samsung smartphones took the leading position in Azerbaijan in July this year, accounting for 26.39 percent of the mobile device market.
Compared to June this year, Samsung's share in Azerbaijan decreased by 4.53 percentage points.
Xiaomi ranked second in the reporting period. Thus, Xiaomi's share in the smartphone market in Azerbaijan decreased by 5.88 percentage points and amounted to 19.94 percent.
The next place on the list was occupied by Unknown. This brand's share of the smartphone market in Azerbaijan decreased by 7.36 percentage points and amounted to 24.48 percent.
Over the reporting period, Apple's share of the Azerbaijani market was 18.78 percent, which is 6.95 percentage points higher than the previous month.
The ranking of other smartphones by coverage in Azerbaijan for July this year is as follows:
Honor – 4.52 percent (3.68 percent less than in June);
Huawei – 1.09 percent (0.33 percent more than in June);
Oppo – 0.87 percent (0.09 percent more than in June);
Realme – 0.7 percent (0.1 percent less than in June);
Infinix – 0.75 percent (1.03 percent less than in June);
Tecno – 0.94 percent (0.19 percent less than in June);
Motorola – 0.26 percent (0.11 percent more than in June);
LG – 0.04 percent (0.03 percent more than in June);
Google – 0.78 percent (0.3 percent more than in June);
Lenovo – 0.1 percent (0.04 percent more than in June);
Sony – 0.1 percent (no change compared to June) .
The other brands accounted for 0.35 percent of the Azerbaijani smartphone market.
