BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 17. The TransLogistics 2024 conference, scheduled to take place on October 1–3 in St. Petersburg, Russia, will focus on advancing works on the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), Trend reports.

“The jubilee tenth edition of the event will gather over 200 specialists from leading transport and logistics companies, cargo owners, customs operators, insurance companies, customs brokers, banks, postal operators, and IT companies,” the organizers said.

Among the key topics of this conference are:

- New Age Logistics: reality and opportunities;

- New international logistics routes: building effective logistics;

- Development of logistics and supply chain management: trends, best practices, and technologies from cargo owners;

- Digitalization of logistics and innovation;

- Foreign economic activity and customs regulation;

- Transportation support: choosing an optimal transportation strategy.

To note, St. Petersburg serves as the starting point for the International North-South Transport Corridor. This corridor, involving 14 countries, including Azerbaijan, has been under development since 2000.
