According to press service, it is not yet known the key line of the president's message. However, according to local political scientists opinion, in the address of the president of Kyrgyzstan the talk will be devoted to dismissals and rearrangement in the top management of power in Kyrgyzstan.
As it was informed earlier, on January 23 president sacked a number of high ranked statesmen and extraordinary ambassadors of Kyrgyzstan in a number of countries.
