BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 22. Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan increased by 50 percent in value and 15.9 percent in weight for seven months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through October 21, 2024) compared to the same period last year (March 21 through October 22, 2023).
The data obtained by Trend from the country's Customs Administration shows that Iran exported 35,000 tons of non-oil products worth $60.5 million to Kyrgyzstan during seven months.
The statistics indicate that during the same period last year, Iran's exports of non-oil products to Kyrgyzstan amounted to 30,300 tons worth $40.3 million.
Moreover, the information noted that for seven months Iran exported to Kyrgyzstan mainly petrochemical products and agricultural and industrial products.
To note, Iran's exports of non-oil products amounted to 88.7 million tons worth $32.5 billion during seven months of the current Iranian year. Compared to the same period last year, non-oil exports increased by 15 percent in value and 11.4 percent in weight.
