Azerbaijan, Gazakh / Trend corr. N.Fatullayeva / Three people died as a result of the serious traffic accident occurred in the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan.
The chief of the Investigation Department of the Tovuz region Police Station Oruj Amiraslanov reported to Trend agency that two cars clashed on the Baku-Gazakh road in Duz Qirigli village. A Gazel driven by the resident of Tovuz region Ismayl Shamistan clashed with Mercedes driven by the resident of Ganja city Tofig Mirzaoglu.
As a result of the accident died the driver of Mercedes and passengers Novruzova Hijran and Novruzov Adalat. Another passenger Abbasova Parvana was delivered to the hospital in the Duz Girigli village.
The accident happened when Gazel went on the median strip.
A criminal case has been filed over the fact in the Tovuz region Police Station.
