During its business mission to Uzbekistan, the Russian Export Center (REC) will hold a solemn opening ceremony of its representative office in Tashkent on Oct. 19, Uzbek media reported.
The integrated business mission of the REC is timed to the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the holding of the first Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan.
The business mission will be held on Oct. 18-19, 2018 in Tashkent. Its main goal will be to strengthen cooperation between the two countries, identify potential and ways of cooperation in the field of export, form a base of business contacts, as well as attract potential investors in Uzbekistan.
During the first Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan, a series of business mission events will be held, organized by the Ministry of Economy of Russia, REC and the Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan.
