'Turkmeneft' State Concern announced the international tender to buy production on the following lots on behalf of tender commission selecting suppliers of goods on September 10.
Lot No2 - common service equipment
Lot No3 - chemical production
You should make a bid (bids are not accepted from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones) about wiliness to participate in the tender indicating full name of a participant, legal status, a country of registration and bank details and submit to the department of 'Turkmeneft' State Concern situated in Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil str. 56.
You should also get familiarize with 'Rules of tenders to choose suppliers of material-technical goods for fuel-energy and chemical complex and fishery of Turkmenistan"
- to get specification of a lot and technical requirements
- to get a package of tender documents by paying off $230 per lot
Tender proposals are received by October 1, 2009 till 15:00.
Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to above-mentioned address when an announcement is published. They will be considered after funds are transferred to the account.
