BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 13. Approximately 17,000 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale on the domestic floor of the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on January 13, Trend reports.
The following goods are to be offered:
- Iranian Ilam Petrochemical Company’s 4,000 tons of pyrolysis gasoline;
- Tehran Oil Refining Company’s 2,000 tons of heavy naphtha, 1,000 tons of LPG, 800 tons of iso-recycle, 706 tons of light naphtha and 175 tons of solvent-402 products;
- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s 2,000 tons of iso-recycle;
- Abadan Oil Refining Company’s 2,000 tons of naphtha;
- Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s 500 tons of normal hexane, 360 tons of solvent-402, 356 tons of solvent-502, 356 tons of solvent-503 and 180 tons of normal pentane products;
- Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s 500 tons of iso-recycle, 500 tons of iso-feed, 424 tons of solvent-402 and 106 tons of solvent-404 products;
- Khouzestan Steel Company’s 440 tons of liquid nitrogen and 440 tons of liquid oxygen products.
Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) sells its products at the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a currency exchange system implemented by the Central Bank of Iran in which the price of one euro is 470,470 rials and the price of one dollar is 429,262 rials.
The sale of hydrocarbon products at the Iran Energy Exchange is of great importance to the country’s economy. Through the energy exchange, Iran seeks to provide hydrocarbon products needed by local companies as well as increase exports.
