BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 8. The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on November 8, Victory Day, the Turkish MFA's publication on X said, Trend reports.
“We congratulate the Azerbaijani people on the fifth anniversary of the victory achieved with determination and heroism, and we honor with respect and compassion the memory of all the heroes who gave their lives for their homeland,” the post reads.
