BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 22. Halkbank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank emerged as the frontrunner in terms of the quantity of users registered for Mobile Banking services in Turkmenistan as of the beginning of November 2023, Trend reports.
According to the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, Halkbank leads with 16,491 users registered for this service, followed by Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank in second place with 16,189 users, and Dayhanbank State Commercial Bank in third place with 13,975 users.
Halkbank primarily serves clients in Turkmenistan's regional areas, resulting in a concentration of users predominantly in the Mary (8,265 users) and Lebap (6,266 users) regions.
