BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 24. Azerbaijan’s Julfa hybrid wind-solar power plant in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic generated a total of 1,733 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity last year, the Nakhchivan State Energy told Trend.
For the period from 2021 through 2023, the plant's production figures were 1,755, 1,761, and 1,810 kWh, respectively.
Notably, the Julfa hybrid wind-solar power plant was commissioned on June 18, 2021.
The plant is expected to produce around 1.6 million kWh of electricity annually.
