Alekperova / On the night of December 31, on January 1 in Sheki region of Azerbaijan (Sheki is located in 352 kilometers from Baku), the road accident occurred. 36 year old Halilov Serdar Hikmet oglu from Kungut village crashed into a tree on his car VAZ 21099 (license plate 10-CN-489).
