Azerbaijani court didn't satisfy an appeal of Iranian citizen charged with false reporting of a bomb threat.
Today Baku Court of Appeal announced its verdict on Iranian citizen Kheyirkhah Rza's appeal.
According to the verdict, the Serious Crimes Court's verdict on sentence of Iranian citizen to five years imprisonment remained in force.
The accused is charged with 216 (false reporting of bomb threat) of the Criminal Case.
Kheyirkhah Rza falsely reported about bomb threat to police Sept.12, 2009.
As a result of held operative searches, the information was not confirmed and Iranian citizen was arrested.
