TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, July 5. The Committee for Veterinary and Livestock Development of Uzbekistan has announced a tender for consulting services on developing and implementing a communication plan for the project “Financing Sustainable Development of the Livestock Sector,” implemented in cooperation with the French Development Agency (AFD), Trend reports.
The tender is being conducted within the framework of AFD loan agreement CUZ1018 01 S. According to the official tender number AFD/C3/C/07, the funds will be used to finance the contract for engaging consulting companies tasked with preparing and implementing a communication plan for the project.
The competitive bidding procedure will be governed by the procurement rules of the French Development Agency (version of February 2024) and will follow the Request for Quotation format.
The Project Implementation Unit of the Veterinary and Livestock Development Committee invites qualified bidders to submit their proposals for the required consulting services. Interested applicants may obtain the Request for Quotation and additional information from the Project Implementation Unit at the address below.
Price offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 local time on July 25, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
