Azerbaijan, Baku, 23 January / Trend corr I. Khalilova / An Azerbaijani delegation left for Hanover to participate in the international Public Infrastructure-2008 conference on 23-24 January, which will involve potential investors from EU countries, the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry said on 22 January. The delegation is headed by the head of the ministerial administration Samir Valiyev.
Valiyev will inform investors of the current situation in the Azerbaijani economy, as well as of economic achievements. Presentation of the projects included in the State Investment Project of Azerbaijan will take place. The projects deal with telecommunications, water channel construction, and alternative energy sources.
The delegation will also include representatives from the Industry and Energy Ministry, the Communications and IT Ministry, and Melioration and Water Industry OJSC.
