A bilateral cooperation agreement was signed on tourism during Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's official visit to Kuwait on Feb. 10-11, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism said.
The cooperation agreement aims to strengthen relations between Azerbaijan and Kuwait on tourism development.
Growth of tourism will not top 10-12 percent in the country in 2009 due to financial crisis, earlier Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev said.
