The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan has announced an investment tender for the sale of a 99.92 percent stake in the Sabirabad Demir Beton JSC building complex, a report published by the Committee in the Mulkiyyet newspaper on Saturday says.
According to the report, the competition is open to individuals and legal entities of Azerbaijan as well as foreign investors.
As of April 1, 2013, the authorized capital of Sabirabad Demir Beton JSC amounted to 821,108 manat with 410,554 shares at par value of two manat. 410,237 shares with overall nominal value of 820,474 manat are subject to the competition.
The company has commitments for a total of 58,352 manat; receivables comprise 44,991 manat. It employs nine people.
Applicants may obtain additional information about the investment competition and become acquainted with the privatization plan every day from 10:00 to 17:00 until June 12, 2013 at the following address: 20 Safarov str., Baku.
Documents and proposals are accepted from 10:00 to 17:00 until June 12, 2013.
Proposals will be considered by the commission at the State Committee starting 15:00 on June 14.
The official exchange rate on May 11 is 0.7845 AZN / USD.
