The Azerbaijani State Administration for Radio Frequencies' Ether Control Department has found 741 unregistered radio electronic units within seven months of 2011, the administration said. The administration operates under the Communications and IT Ministry.
The administration carried out an inspection of 437 enterprises and organizations.
Of the total number of unregistered radio electronic units, 293 units have been sealed, 227 units were registered, and the remaining 221 are in the registration process.
About 65 protocols were filed against the users of unregistered radio-electronic units.
