TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, March 10. Uz-Kor Gas Chemical (Uzbekistan-South Korea JV) has announced a tender to purchase cooling fans for electrical equipment control panels.
Potential bidders are permitted to participate if the following conditions are met:
- The company must not be under reorganization, liquidation, or bankruptcy (evidence from the tax authority and bank to be submitted);
- Submitting all necessary documents for bidding within the established deadline;
- Properly fulfilling their obligations under previously concluded contracts;
- Companies should not be registered in the states or territories that provide preferential tax treatment and/or do not consider disclosure of information during financial transactions (offshore zones) or that have accounts at banks located in offshore zones according to the legislation of Uzbekistan;
- Not being in a state of legal proceedings with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical.
The bidders are required to submit the proposals no later than 17:00 (GMT+5) on March 14.
