ASTANA, Kazakhstan, May 7. Chairman of the Committee for Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Azamat Panbayev held a meeting with representatives of the Singaporean company Carbonzeroed, headed by Chairman of the Board Robin Thomas, Trend reports via the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the course of the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in implementing software solutions to optimize energy consumption in buildings and reduce carbon footprints. Particular attention was given to the prospects of launching a pilot project in Kazakhstan.
“It is planned that the pilot project will be carried out on a non-commercial basis, using the building of a public school as a test site. The technologies proposed by Carbonzeroed are aimed at sustainable resource consumption in buildings,” stated the ministry.
The committee chairman emphasized the importance of adopting sustainable technologies, noting that such solutions could be scaled to other facilities in the future.
At the conclusion of the talks, both sides expressed appreciation for the constructive dialogue and confirmed their interest in further developing bilateral cooperation.
