On Thursday, registered book-entry bonds of Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund (AMF) under the Central Bank of Azerbaijan to the amount of 3 million manat will be placed at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the AMF said.
The bonds will be offered for sale at the current price (100.5958). The Central Bank will participate in the initial placing of bonds.
Issue of AMF unsecured bonds to the amount of 75 million was registered December 30, 2009. About 75,000 unsecured bonds of the Mortgage Fund at the nominal value of 1,000 manat each were registered. Last date for redemption is December 11, 2019.
Placing of this issue began February 1, 2010. Today, bonds worth 12 million manat have been placed.
