Kazakh ATF Bank plans to increase authorized capital by 15 billion tenge up to 168 billion tenge (149.89 tenge = $1) in the third quarter of 2012, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported with reference to the Bank.
The decision on the placement of common shares with a right of first refusal will be taken at the next meeting of the ATF Bank's Board of Directors.
ATF Bank shareholders' equity amounted to 153.170 billion tenge as of April 1, 2012.
Some 99.67 percent shares of ATF Bank are owned by UniCredit Bank Austria AG.
