Turkmenistan’s Turkmengas State Concern has announced an open tender (#T/GAZ-115) for the purchase of technical resources, the country’s oil and gas complex said Dec. 13.
All those interested to participate in the tender are invited to:
- send a bid, listing the bidder’s full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- review the country’s law on ‘Tenders for delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering services for the state needs’ and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
- obtain lot specification, technical requirements and main contract terms;
- obtain the invoice to transfer $500 or its equivalent in Turkmen manats (excluding the value-added tax and bank costs) per lot for participation in the tender.
Bids from offshore companies won’t be accepted.
