TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, November 1. Uz-Kor Gas Chemical (Uzbekistan-South Korea JV) has announced a tender to purchase electric motors.
Potential bidders are not permitted to participate if any of the following conditions are met:
- reorganization (merger, division, separation, transformation), liquidation, or bankruptcy;
- failure to submit all required documents for competitive selection within the time frame specified;
- inability to properly fulfill the obligations under previously concluded contracts;
- currently in a state of legal proceedings with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical;
- registered in states or territories that provide preferential tax treatment and/or do not provide for disclosure and provision of information when conducting financial transactions (offshore zones), or having accounts in banks located in offshore zones in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan.
The bidders are required to submit the proposals no later than 15:00 (GMT+5) on November 8.
