The man who has admitted to Norway's worst massacre since World War II has been found legally insane, a news report said Tuesday, quoting a psychiatric assessment commissioned by a court.
Oslo daily VG reported the findings on Anders Behring Breivik, shortly after a court received the report.
The Oslo district court had appointed two psychiatrists to determine whether the 32-year-old was insane when he set off a car bomb that killed eight people in Oslo before gunning down 69 people at a youth camp on the island of Utoya on July 22, DPA reported.
