BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 16. The priorities of the digitalization of public administration have been named, Trend reports.
This is reflected in the “Concept of Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
Thus, the transition to “digital government” and the development of public services provide for digital development in public administration, comprehensive interagency digitization of processes, and the creation of integrated organizational and technical infrastructure for both the provision of public services (G2C, G2B) and for the functioning of the public administration system (G2G, G2E).
The collection, analysis, and interaction of such infrastructure data with end users, as well as with other information systems, should be based on standard interfaces. Digital development in public administration is primarily understood as the transition from “electronic government” (eGov) to “digital government” (GovTech), which is the next stage of development.
In digital government, the interaction between citizens, government, and business is changing; services are becoming transparent, and the government is moving from providing retail services to flexible management based on a single “data pool” and algorithms for working with them.
