BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 17. A total of 2.3 million tons of crude oil (including gas condensate) were produced in Azerbaijan this January.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee indicates that the figure dropped by 6.5 percent (159,700 tons) compared to the same month last year, which saw 2.46 million tons of crude oil (including gas condensate) produced.
Of the crude oil produced last month, 2.3 million tons were marketable, which is 6.6 percent (161,800 tons) less compared to last year, when 2.4 million tons of marketable crude oil were produced.
