BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 22. The next year (from March 21, 2025 through March 20, 2026) Iran's state budget is expected to be a total of about 119 quadrillion rials (about $268 billion) in terms of resources and expenditures, Trend reports.
According to information, Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian presented Iran's state budget for next year to the Iranian parliament on October 22.
The reserves will amount to about 64.1 quadrillion rials (about $144 billion) in Iran's State Budget for next year. The total reserves will be about 60 quadrillion rials (about $135 billion), while the private revenues of ministries and state institutions will be 4.2 quadrillion rials (about $9.45 billion).
The public expenditure of Iran in next year's budget will amount to about 54.9 quadrillion rials (about $124 billion).
To note, after the Iranian parliament ratifies the budget, it must be approved by the Constitutional Review Board.
