BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 22. King of the Belgians Philippe has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his confident victory in the extraordinary presidential election, Trend reports.
"On the occasion of your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I extend to Your Excellency my congratulations and my best wishes for success and happiness.
Both our countries have enjoyed friendly relations, and I have no doubt that your re-election will contribute to the further development of our cooperation," the letter reads.
